What is a Certified Senior Advisor?

A Certified Senior Advisor is a professional who has completed a rigorous course of instruction regarding the concerns facing seniors. This course is taught by nationally recognized experts and covers issues such as social work, law, medicine, gerontology, geriatrics and financial planning.

Once the course is completed, a comprehensive exam is administered to give the professional an opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge of the issues. Once the CSA exam is passed, the candidate becomes a member of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors.
